Post Performance Follow-up Letter with Ask

Good morning,

We are starting to follow-up with patrons post-performance to thank them for their attendance and ask if they'd like to continue supporting the arts with a donation. Does anyone have any letters they'd be willing to share with me to help us get going? Also, who do you solicit with these letters? All attendee's? Those attendee's who aren't already active donors? Only attendee's who are coming to another performance or have been to another performance this programming year?

  • Hi there. I can actually offer some input. We recently started doing small email ask to those who have a subscription to our series. And the ask is centered around a recent big name performance. Among our series, this season I will have sent at least two emails for our film, opera (a few of these since we are celebrating an anniversary), entertainment, and family subscribers. 

    In extraction manager, my segments include subs for that particular series, high value 2+ ticket holder, 2+ ticket holder, high value single ticket buyer, and single ticket buyer. 

    I will send you both an example of a few of our recent ones.
