Currently when someone makes an online donation it creates a CSI which works great. Is there a way to auto assign this CSI to a specific staff member or group of staff members based on the data from LTR_TNEW_CUstom_Form_save ?

I'm pretty sure there's no default functionality in Tessitura to auto-assign a CSI, but it might be something that you could develop a custom procedure for.
