Reversing a contribution that has been posted

You will need to do a refund adjustment. The documentation can be found here: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v125/Tessitura_v125.htm

If you use memberships at your organization, you may need to check if the 2nd gift bumped them up in membership level and you might have to manually adjust that, but the gift piece is pretty straight forward.
