Mass Updating Premiums

Greetings!

Has anyone had to mass update premiums? We just did a large benefit mailer and I wanted to mass update a list of accounts with certain premiums with the delivery date from the mailer. Has anyone had to do this before?

    I see that no one ever replied your question, but we here at the Mondavi Center are looking to do something similar (hence my forum search) and are wondering if you ever figured out a solution to do this.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi Mandy! I wasn't able to mass add the premiums, but I did use an attribute. Once we do our annual benefit mailing over the summer, I take those lists and add their specific giving level, 

    20 Aria Benefits

    then have 2 different attribute value options, Declined Benefits, or Sent. 

    This helps for when someone upgrades in the middle of the season and we can see which ones they were already sent and note which ones to send after the upgrade.
