iWAVE Scores manual loading

We just started using iWAVE. I love the ease of the export/import between Tessitura and iWave.

However the iWave results are not available for reporting until the "Score This Individual" button is clicked.  Without this manual step there is no data for an output set, list or report to access.

We screen most of our ticket buyers so the list can be 500-1000 at a time so having someone sit at computer clicking this button seems a waste of time.

I've emailed iWave and was told that I had an excel sheet with all the data.  Yeah but the data isn't accessible yet.

Am I missing something here?  What have others done?  Thanks

  • Good afternoon Leslie,

So as I understand it, even if you've scored people on the iWave website previously, you need to use the actual Utilities called iWave Bulk Export and iWave Bulk Import to take your Lists of constituents from Tessitura and score them on the iWave website, and then generate an export file from iWave to then import back into Tessitura.

Once that process is completed, anyone that you scored through the Export/Import process using these specific utilities will have their data on the Custom tab of their constituent record automatically. You will then be able to pull them for Output Sets, Lists, and Reports.

If you have scored constituents through those two utilities in Tessitura as part of your integration and you're still not seeing the data, then that's definitely not expected behavior.

    Thank you,

    Brian
