A quick poll: How many people on your team enter gifts? Regulary, that is; not as a backup while someone's out of office and not on an ad hoc basis. Trying to get a sense of what volume of gifts "tips the scale" into needing an additional gift entry staffer.
If anyone could share their budget size (especially contributed income) and the number of team members that enter gifts at least once per week, that would be fantastic. Thanks!

We have 3 full time staff processing gifts for The Woodruff Arts Center, Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony, and High Museum. There are several others that help out during busy times.
