This question seems mindlessly easy, but for whatever reason, I can't find a tool that works for me! I'm looking for a way (preferably a report that can be scheduled) to analyze Campaign results on a year-to-date basis with the FY's goals attached (so we can see how we are doing on our goals throughout the year at any given point.)
Anybody have a quick fix?

Have you tried using a Dashboard Widget rather than a report? I would recommend the At-a-Glance Choose a Query widget which can be setup to compare your year-to-date campaign results to a goal (There is a great example query in the Dashboard Installation Guide Appendix C).
