Reversing a contribution

Brian,

If the "order" was a contribution there are procedures to 1) refund the contribution, 2) change the campaign or fund, and 3) change the pledge amount.....depending on how the contribution was entered incorrectly.

The best thing I have found to do is, while the documentation is about 80 pages long, I have a printed copy of the Contributions Entry help document.

I went to "Help" and typed in "Contributions." It gives me all sorts of procedures having to do with contributions.....refunds, pledges, entering a contribution, matching gifts, soft credits, different types of adjustments to gifts/contributions...
