Hi -
Is there a way to remove myself as a worker from a large number of plans other than going into each individual's record and editing the Plan? The portfolio of donors I orginally worked with was transistioned to a new team member when I moved to Major Gifts. My reminders screen and portfolio screen are now full of hundreds of plans I no longer work on, and I would like to clean it out!
Many thanks!
Scott Guinn
I haven't tried it myself, but as I understand it you should be able to do this via Plans Maintenance. I would have a look at the documentation and see what it says about updating a Plan Worker.
If all else fails, a DBA should be able to make this change for you using SQL. If you have one at your organization that is.
You can't remove them except through sql. You can only add workers through Plan Manintence. I've had to do this several times in the last couple of years and I'm happy to share the code I use to remove workers if you have someone who can administer it for you.
Melissa,
That would be great! Thank you!
Sent you an email!
