Greetings!
Has anyone dealt with old plans that are no longer in use and you wanted to close them out so they do not pull in reports? We have revamped our plan structure and I want to only pull the active plans I am currently setting up for my gift officers for this year and future years. Our CEO has a lot of old plans FY14 and older in her portfolio. Any ideas to help declutter old plans?

It sounds like right now the easiest way to delete out old plans requires a knowledgeable database administrator or IT department, per these threads:

The post that Brian provided are correct, there is no way in Tessitura to remove plans from Portfolios. I have some sql code I use to do that at the end of each fiscal year so that the gift officers only see current year plans. I'm happy to share it with you if you have someone who can administer it.
