How do all of you use Plan Priority? Right now, we just have the priority as 1, 2, or 3 and that's not very useful because no one uses it
We also use plan priority in our reporting and find it very useful. For plan priorities we use: High, Average and Low. Our High priority plans are prospects we are actively working on, have time sensitive steps and are close to an ask. Average is the majority of our prospects, we are working on them but they still require a fair bit of cultivation. Low priority plans are prospects that have been identified but still require qualification and research.

We have 1* to 5* and it gets used a lot here by our Philanthropy department.
