I’m looking for a little advice and guidance…let me start with what I’m looking for:
I would love to have a membership report that mimics the format of the Membership Update Utility, but also includes anyone who is within 6 weeks to the day of their expiry. It is my intention to make personal contacts to anyone who is within 6 weeks of their last annual gift on a daily basis.
I have tried all of the various membership reports, and they all run counts, not names, of expiring members. I also used the Membership Summary Report, but this also pulled expiring memberships that also had pending new memberships. The Membership Renewal Notice report pulled the same data.
I’m hoping there’s a report I haven’t considered, or some alternate way to pull this information other than running the Membership Summary Report, re-importing the Const. IDs back into Tess, and then running that through a Last Gift Output on a daily basis to confirm their last gift.
