Has anybody started looking at how they will update and record consents in preparation for GDPR in May? Also, does anybody else have joint memberships on household records and how that will work with regards to consent from an individual?

Contact Preferences functionality in version 14 will allow you to record consent in compliance with GDPR. Additional functionality to deal with requirements around the 'Right to be Forgotten and Erasure' and the handling of sensitive data relating to Children and Vunerable Adults will be available in version 14.1. This functionality was developed by the Network in conjunction with a committee of UK users. I'm sure you are aware that the tools and functionality allowing you to track and handle data is only part of the equation, it is up to each organisation to have the processes in in place in order to meet all the requirements of GDPR.
