We've just run the NCOA process for the first time and we're noticing that our seasonal addresses have been affected. For example if on Mr. Rich's record he has a winter address in FL and a summer address in MN it has updated his summer address to be his winter address. Which is not what we want. We want to retain both addresses separately and continue using the month check boxes like we have been.
Have people run into issues like this with the NCOA? We actually have a lot of issues that have come out of this, but this is the only one we can't figure out how to manage.
