Uploading a pdf into the "documents" section

Hi All-

I'm expieriencing trouble trying to upload pdf's into the Documents section of the Research tab--typically when this is done, a window appears where I can select the respective document i'm trying to upload, I then select the document, and it instantly appears in the section where i'm able to type a note refrencing that document.  Since yesterday, there seems to be a disconnect when I select a document to upload, nothing happens.  Is anyone else expiereincing this issue?

    I just tried this out on my end and everything worked as expected, so it looks like it isn't a network-wide issue.

    Are you self-hosted for Tessitura or do you use RAMP? We're a RAMP user.

    Is there any chance that some user group/security settings might have been tweaked that now prevent you from accessing the PDF upload to Documents?
