I'm wondering whether any of you brilliant, creative people have come up with a solution to the following conundrum:
A major corporate donor wants to give Science Museum memberships to all 469 of their staff. We'd be more than happy to oblige. However, we don't have the bandwidth to process all those memberships by hand at once. They need to be fulfilled in a way that is easy for the corporate contact who is giving them; easy for the recipients; and easy for us, so that we don't have to make the recipients wait.
Does anyone have any thoughts about a good way to do this? We are investigating some gift card options, and also figure that in theory we *might* be able to redeem them online into Tessitura somehow...but we get these requests more and more frequently, and would love it if we could find an easy, quick solution.
