Hi Everyone,
I'm curious about whether other organizations save donor photos in Tessitura that are acquired via internet research. I'd like to start saving JPG's in our database of donor photos, only to be accessed internally and output into reports. However, I've been told that this is a legal issue as we cannot "use someone's likeness without consent". I don't intend to "use" the photos for anything except as output onto event research reports and donor profiles. Please advise if this is indeed a legal issue I should be wary of based on your experience. Thanks!
