Hello,
We currently have a credit card on file for a donor. This donor's account was merged with another donor since they got married.
They recently made a new pledge and it was entered on the household account.
Is there a way to use the credit card on file from the donor to pay for the new pledge?

Hi Eduardo,
On the left hand side in households you will see a yellow star with a green arrow inside. When clicking on it Tess. will ask if want to move all transactions in the individual account into the household. This should also move the credit card into the household and allow you to pay off the pledge.
