I have a constituent whose company gave a matching gift, we credited the gift to his account, but the gift is going to a future campaign. We attempted to edit the dates but got an error message that said "There is already a current membershilp for this orgainzation"
We want BOTH gifts to count towards this years campaign and raise his membership giving level. Has anyone come across this? How do you correct or how do you enter these gifts?
Are you attempting to apply the gift to the individuals record?
