Wondering if anyone out there has a good way to pull specific individual gifts given for a purpose. We track gifts to our Education programs through a campaign and then we have a fund for individual gifts along with a designation for which education program it's restricted to. However, we have other gifts that go into that Campaign and Fund. Any good way to isolate those little individual gifts that come in throughout the year? And beyond that, maybe we're looking at setting things up differently in future to make these easier to track. Thanks, Suzanne Weeldreyer Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra

Agreed with Leslie, Designations are going to be your friend here. You can create new Designations in the System Table TR_CONT_DESIGNATION, then attach them to Campaigns as needed. You can then pull lists and canned reports on those designations.

Agreed with Leslie, Designations are going to be your friend here. You can create new Designations in the System Table TR_CONT_DESIGNATION, then attach them to Campaigns as needed. You can then pull lists and canned reports on those designations.
