CRM - Relationship management

How are folks tracking/managing your constituent relationships across the organization? Corporation, foundation, government, state & federal, donors, organizations, etc. Are you using Tessitura or other programs?

We are looking at creating a constituent relationship management process to manage relationships across the museum, who is meeting with who, who has a relationships within specific organizations, where do we have relationships we can leverage. We have many varing levels of relationships within our organization but we don't have a good way to see the whole picture of how and where we are engaged in the community both locally and nationally. 

Any ideas out there would be welcome!
