Does anyone know if there is a way to have the acknowledgement letters directly in Tessitura? We are wondering if there is a way to produce letters without having to do a list and mail merge?

Yes you can – instead of just getting the listing a report can be created in Infomaker that prints a letter (just like the Word Document) that uses the same fields as your mail merge. You can follow this link from the documentation to learn more.
