I would love to talk to you if your organization has implemented the Donor Search integration in Tessitura. I've been talking to our Donor Search sales rep, and they don't seem to be very well equipped to answer technical questions about what it looks and feels like in the application. I want to know if other organizations are finding it useful to integrate the two systems.
We have just implemented it at the Science Museum. Happy to chat with you about it.
