Is there a way to run the full bio to show me only information within a set amount dates, i.e. I want to see what my board members have done this fiscal year from July through December only.
I don't want to se their contribution from the beginning of time.

Not without modifying the report. Have you tried the Current Constituent Giving by List report?
We actually want a little more info than just contributions.
