We've had 2 major issues recently where the Pledge Billing Utility is ran and it charges the patron for the schedule entry, but doesn't actually update the schedule.
Then, when the Utility is ran the next time, it grabs that same patron again and charges them, even though they should have been included as the due date for the next pledge hasn't happened yet. Because the last pledge is still showing as unpaid in the schedule it's paying that a second time.
We just went through one of our high-end members receiving 3 charges on their credit card in 3 weeks for payments that should have come out over 3 months. When I look at the schedule, it's set up fine but for some reason one of the transactions didn't update the schedule.
