We use attributes tab, then constituencies radio button, then can add Volunteer information there. It shows up at the top of their record that they are a volunteer. Great!
Now is there a way to pull a list of all constituents that are volunteers?

There absolutely is; go to Tools > List Manager and then click "New List" at the bottom of the screen.
When the "New List" window pops up to add criteria, open the "Constituent" folder and double-click "Constituency" to pull it over into the List. Under "Value", select the value that you're using to record people as volunteers on the "Constituencies" radio button.
Hit close, save your list, and then click "Generate" at the bottom of the screen and you'll have your list of volunteers in the database; from there, you can use the List against Reports and Output Sets based on what you need.
