Pledge Schedule Report for Donors?

Hello! Our development office is interested in how other organizations communicate and confirm payment schedules with their donors. Pledge schedules live on the Payment Schedule tab of each pledge and also in T_SCHEDULE. Is anyone exporting this in a way that can be used to show donors their expected payment dates? Pledge Billing uses the schedule, but doesn't return each date and amount on the schedule. Thanks! -- Mike

Michael, I have a handful of our Annual Fund donors who pay in monthly installments and a bunch of our Barre Society membership who do as well; in each case, I do not do any explicit communication with them which exports data from Tessitura. At the time of their pledge, it is established that their given credit card will be charged in our billing cycle (the 20th of each month) so that is the expectation from day one. We do have some donors who will contact us asking to move a pledge payment day by a few days for whatever reason (typically at Christmas because our regular billing cycle hits so close to Christmas), but aside from that there isn't a lot of extra communication that happens.
