Triggered email for seat dedications

Hello, At the Tessitura conference in Dublin this year, a colleague of mine heard someone comment in a session about how they are using triggered emails to promote seat dedications. They would send an email to people who had booked the same seat 5+ times. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to catch their name or the organisation they're from. I was wondering if anyone else here does something similar and might be able to advise on how to set it up? Thanks, Sanpreet
