I would recommend using Extractions and under Communications Management section select “Email Address” in the Contact Point Category Dropdown. Select the checkbox “Only select constituents if they have this contact point category. You can suppress specific constituents and include multiple segments of constituents. If you “Extract Constituents” without any Output Set selected, I believe your desired output will be included in the output file.
