Constituent Email List

Hello All! We are just getting into Tessitura in our organization and I need help pulling a list constituents and their email addresses for our communication network for eblasts. When I create a new list I cannot choose "has" what should I be doing? What I need: Constituent Name Email Phone Number Address

  • I would recommend using Extractions and under Communications Management section select “Email Address” in the Contact Point Category Dropdown.  Select the checkbox “Only select constituents if they have this contact point category.  You can suppress specific constituents and include multiple segments of constituents.  If you “Extract Constituents” without any Output Set selected, I believe your desired output will be included in the output file.
