Comprehensive Campaign - help?

Hi all - We are working with a consulting group to embark upon a multi-year "comprehensive" campaign, tying in Capital, Annual, and Endowment. Attempting to map out what this will look like has got me a bit flummoxed; I am wondering if anyone out there is in the midst of such a campaign, and can offer up some screenshots of how it looks in Tessitura. Thanks!

  • Hi Lisa,

We just converted last May and had some comprehensive campaigns in our legacy system and a current campaign to keep track of. Our solution was a custom System Table called LTR_FUND_DETAIL. This linked to the Fund table via fund number. LTR_FUND_DETAIL contains longer name fields, a column for comprehensive campaign and a few campaign subcategories to track the various fundraising buckets. We also use it to assign Designations to specific funds and have a nightly job that ensures the correct designation is on contributions.
