Comprehensive Campaign - help?

Hi all - We are working with a consulting group to embark upon a multi-year "comprehensive" campaign, tying in Capital, Annual, and Endowment. Attempting to map out what this will look like has got me a bit flummoxed; I am wondering if anyone out there is in the midst of such a campaign, and can offer up some screenshots of how it looks in Tessitura. Thanks!

  • If you don’t want to create new fund codes,  another way is to create a campaign with various appeals and designation.  (The campaign is mainly an organizing tool since no $ will be posted)  The Fund Activity report is then used with the Appeal and Designation parameters.

Put your proposed plan in the Test system and see if your regular reports etc work in a way to meet your needs – it helps cut down on new reports.

Hey Lisa! We are on the tail end of our current Integrated Campaign and it was a multi-year campaign as well. We set it up so that Capital, Operating, and Endowment gifts were separated out by Funds under the Campaign. Love to chat with you about how we got that all put together! Thank you, Brian
