What is the easiest way to identify all Contributions that do not yet have an Acknowledgement?
I've created a List but because the "Not In" operator cannot be used and instead the "Does Not Have" operator has to be applied the majority of the List is Contributions without Acknowledgements, but not entirely - there are Contributions that have Ack's applied mixed in.
Does anyone know of way to identify only Contributions WITHOUT Acknowledgements?
Thanks!
Jolene,
There is a mini-magic from TLCC 2016 called Auditing Acknowledgments by the Dallas Opera ( http://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/network/Conference/Minimagic/2016%20Mini-Magic.aspx) that addresses this issue. It might not be the immediate answer to your issue but if this is an on-going problem it might be worth looking into. They modified an existing report so they could see who was missing acknowledgment letters - it was interesting. Otherwise, if you or someone at your org has SQL knowledge a list could be pulled that way.
