Hello,
In Tessitura plans, on some of the step types, the “warn days” field is not available to use (research and call are the main examples, a few of the other options also have this grayed out but I can see why they don’t have a warn day option). The problem with this, is that “warn days” is what causes a step to pop up on the reminders tab (which is how I know a lot of us remember to do things). Now, if it’s a step I’ve put in myself I can just add it to my other to-do list somewhere else, but sometimes if someone else assigns the step, I won’t know that I need to do it unless they take an extra step to let me know, which just seems redundant.
Basically my question is, do you have the power to make the “warn days” field available for all step types? Or, is there a reason it isn’t available on these types? My guess is they mean “research” as in – here, look at the research that I’ve already done and have included on this step – or – I called this person and here is a record of what we talked about - but I think we are using it to keep track of who we still need to research, or who we will be calling at a future date.
Thanks,
TR_STEP_TYPE

Do you know what the table name would be within The System Table manu?

Check the system table (or contact the staff that has access) this is likely just a set up issue and can be changed via the drop-down
