Upcoming Performance Report

Greetings - Any recommendations on a report that I can schedule to be sent at the beginning of the month and list each performance a group of donors are attending. I do have a List created for this donor group but can find a report that will show me what upcoming performances they have tickets to. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Kate,

    The Constituent Profile report in the Development reports folder might be good for this. You can provide your list as a parameter, and then select "Ticket History" for the Sections parameter and enter today's date for the Cutoff Date parameter. This will give you a page-by-page summary of the donors and their upcoming tickets. To schedule the report, use the same parameters, except set the Cutoff Date parameter to "ReportRunDate" so that the current date is always supplied when the report is run.
