Tracking which patrons have rec'd Seat Chocolates

Hi all,

I'm new to the forums, but already appreciating them!  Our development office surprises donor/patrons with chocolates at their seat at a performance periodically.  We have a good output set that we work with to identify who we want receive this perk, but now want to track when they last received the chocolates.

I was thinking we could add a date specific attribute that would tell us if and when patron last received the goodies, and then add this data element to the output set.

Does this sound like the most efficient route?  Is there something better to use?

    You can also create an activity for the chocolate giving. Or add a step if you are using Plans.
