Reverting Plans to Individual

A staff member converted her own individual account to a Household account in order to add a spouse, but discovered that all of the plans and plan steps assigned to her are now converted to the household as well. Is there a way to move the plans back to her individual account?

Thanks,

  • If you have transaction information that you need to move over to HH but don't want the plans moved, you can try this:

    1) Convert the HH back to Individual

    2) Use Plans Manager to remove the Plans from her portfolio

    3) Convert Individual back to HH and associate spouse

    4) Change the worker affiliation in Security to her Ind record instead of the now HH record #

    5) Associate the Plans back to her as a worker
