Reverting Plans to Individual

A staff member converted her own individual account to a Household account in order to add a spouse, but discovered that all of the plans and plan steps assigned to her are now converted to the household as well. Is there a way to move the plans back to her individual account?

Thanks,

  • One way we have been able to do this, is to CREATE a HH record, and then AFFILIATE the existing record, CREATE and AFFILIATE the spouse.

This keeps the original information intact.

One consideration – double check that info will or will not move over if your organizational practice is to have all trans on the HH level and you Move Transactions to HH.
