Pledges for Donor Advised Funds?

Hello!

I was wondering how other organizations are tracking pledges for donors who have a tendency to use Donor Advised Funds?  I know one cannot enter a pledge for the DAF organization itself nor can you apply it to an existing pledge but I was wondering if anyone has created some sort of tracking system.

    Customer Service Issues or in Plans you can have a status of DAF Pending (or whatever makes sense)  Then you track the open issues or Plan status
