Hi everyone, I'm new to this software and was wondering if there are canned reports available, or, if you have to build custom reports for things such as: All donors of $1,000 and above for the past 5 consecutive fiscal years, etc.
Also are there canned LYBUNT reports, first time donor reports, etc.?

There isn't a canned report that shows consecutive past year giving or first time donor report.
For a LYBUNT/SYBUNT report try the Campaign Giving Comparison report in the Campaign and Appeal folder. It allows you to compare two different fiscal years and look at donors who have to just one or both.
