Hey guys!
I'm running into an issue where Inactive relationship types are being pulled into lists automatically, whether I'm using advanced relationships or not (and unchecking Include Inactive). If I use the Relationship Inactive criteria and set it to No, it's still giving me more people than I need as it's looking at ANY active relationship for that constituent. If I set that to Yes, it's giving me less people than I need as it's looking for any inactive relationship (some board members leave and come back). We just recently converted to Tessitura so I'm wondering if there's a setting somewhere that needs to be updated or if there's a better way to be drilling down on these people. I understand that we could use start and end dates, but we don't have information for a lot of our relationships and I don't want to put in inaccurate data for the sake of pulling these lists.
