Most of the posts I have seen about direct debit payments options in Tessitura in the U.S. are over 5 years old (a lifetime in tech world). And considering the data breaches at Target and other major retailers a couple years back, the overhaul of credit cards with chip cards, and the domino effect those changes had on sustaining giving, ultimately making direct debit the ideal option for sustainers, what is Tessitura's timeline for rolling out the direct debit payment option?
In the meantime, what is everyone's work-around?
