I'm trying to create associations between gift officers and everyone in their portfolio. Rather than doing this one by one, is there a utility that I can use to add all of these relationships at once?

You should be able to make a list based on plan worker and then I think you'd need to use an insert query to create a relationship line.
Just curious, why do you want the association? There's an "association" under the plans tab from them being in the worker's portfolio so what is the reasoning behind adding the additional relationship?
