Hi - I'm wondering if anyone can share a way they ensure acknowledgement letters are not just attached to a contribution or pledge payment when entered in Tess, but also that they are mailed. Is anyone tracking the actual mailing out of letters in Tess? The audit acknowledgement letters report doesn't track this because the actual printing of the letter is not processed from Tess. Any tips would be great - thanks!
Tess will tell you when a letter was printed on the contribution record entry.
I am not aware of a report to be able to track these. However they are tracked at the unique contribution record level.
And I hear that whatever is tracked in Tess, can be pulled out and reported on. You may or may not need access to a report, or a custom report, or some output set elements.
