Employee Discounts for Corporate Members

Wondering what other organizations have found to be the best way to offer discount tickets to the employees of Corporate donors.

1) Have you found 12.5 simplifies the process?

2) Is it still Allocations and Promo codes?

3) Do you capture data on the individual employees and create relationships to the corporations?

4) Are you able to easily report back to the corporate donors on usage?

 

I'm just wading into this process and getting a real mix about what is and isn't possible -- any help or direction would be appreciated.  Thanks

 

 

  • We use a separate price type for these folks. We do not capture data since many of them get their tickets at admissions and we need to keep it simple.

    For web orders, each the employees of supporting organizations use a promo code unique to the corporations, so we could track them by that, but we very seldom are asked to report those back to our supporting organizations. We still don't create an affiliation with the corporation.
