Inactivating Past Ack Letters

Hello!

I was wondering what other organizations did with past Acknowledgment letters?  We're starting to have a little bit of a pile up of Acknowledgment letters attached to campaigns that are closed so I was wondering; do other organizations inactivate these somehow in the reference section through campaigns or just delete them all together?

Thank you!

  • It feels weird every time, but as far as I know deleting is the only option. It seems like a rather nuclear option. :)

    Megan

  • I delete them.

There is an Inactive column in T_FORMAT_INFO. To make them even more invisible, old letters could be added to a sysadmin control group that no regular users can see; a great way to "delete" cluttering data without deleting it, imho.

  • Thanks everyone! I does seem extreme to completely delete the Ack Letters but it was fun deleting them haha
