Last Gift Date, Amount, and Fund

Hi all,

I recently started working with Tessitura after many years in Blackbaud, so bare with me. It would seem normal for me to add "Last Gift Date" and Last Gift Amount" to an output set and have those very easy things to pull come back to me in a report. However, I have to add a bunch of parameters on top of it. This makes no sense to me. The only parameter that makes sense to add would be one that distinguishes my organization from one of the others with whom I share the database. Otherwise, why add parameters, when I literally just want the last gift given and the date on which that gift was received?

I've tried this pull multiple times, using various parameters, and received nothing in return.

Please help!

Thanks

  • I believe you can also just run the list thru Review List in Development folder.   You will also get the Fund code, membership level, status and address.

  • Yeah, I tried that one, but I have a bunch of other things that need to go with it. I'm running the report to create call sheets for some volunteers. Thanks, though!
