Does anyone have a way to import Research Notes from an Excel file into Tessitura? We are trying to find ways of getting this information into records that is not so time-consuming. Thanks!

I'm also looking into doing a mass-import of Research Notes using SQL -- it's more complicated than I had first imagined because it involves entries in both TX_CUST_NOTES and TX_CUST_NOTES_EXT. Has anyone developed a script or utility to do this? (Cross-posting to the IT forum.)
