Hello,
We've just started using Activities and while trying to report on them, we're coming up blank. Literally. At first I thought the issue was that we didn't have a default Membership Org denoted in T_DEFAULTS, but I ran an output set to find that ID and inserted it.
Does anyone have any ideas why it might still be blank?

Hi Molly,
My first guess is that the report is looking in the wrong place. I recommend running the report again and open up the parameters to do a wider search.
I assume you are using "Patron Activity Report" which means you need to enter a date range and activity types. Enter start and end dates that begin way back in time and end way into the future, and then select all activity types. Try it again and see if it find anything.
If not then tell us what parameters you are using and also cite an example of a specific activity record that should be showing up in the report.

Are you searching on either a customer_no or a list? Although it doesn’t say that one is required, if both of these parameter fields are blank, the report will not return any values, so you need to add something in one of these parameters. That would be my only guess as to why you aren’t seeing any results with this report.
