Auto-generation of Tax Receipts

This might be pretty self-evident. But our Development team is having some issues with the auto-generation of tax receipts/acknowledgements once they complete a contribution.

I am pretty new to Tessitura, but was curious if is there a way to turn off the auto-generation so I can do some testing?

    Hi Kristine, Do you mean what letters automatically get added to a contribution when it is processed? Or the printing of the acknowledgement letters? What letters are added is set up under Campaigns > References > Acknowledgements tab. There may be a duplicated line or a missing one that may be causing problems. This is a big set of rules at are applied and add letters. You can always delete them before saving the contribution on the Prem/Ack tab. Your team may have scheduled the Print Acknowledgement Letters report, the owner of the schedule should be able to pause of cancel it. Hope that helps! Ann
