ATMTC is seeking to find ways to track diversity information information through Tessitura and to do it in a way that is best practices/culturally sensitive. Is anyone currently doing this? Do we think there is a better way?
We're thinking about getting many organizations together to help raise funds if it requires a software development on Tessitura's part.

This is a discussion that we are having at the Walker Art Center as well. I am very interested in what other organizations are doing on this issue. It is a philosophical as well as technical issue.
